SMC meter box mould

Recently, MDC manufactured meter box mould for UK, which material have to get UL746 certificate, that is suitable for outdoor use with respect to exposure to Ultraviolet light, water Exposure and immersion in accordance with UL 746C. furthermore, the Flammability with V0-3 lever and with UL Resistance for 2000 hours.

From the date we have received the formal order from customer, MDC manufacture the meter box mold within 50 days, after FOT with customer, We chromed the mold and get satisfied result from customer. In order to meet the needs of customer, MDC trial different SMC material. finally, we approved with customer with No Physical Damage, Smooth finish, and No aesthetic defects like Silver streak, waviness, burn marks, black spots, flow marks, crack mark, dents etc.
